A 700,000-square-foot Amazon Fulfillment Center in Greenfield, IN used the E5® system (Internal Cure + Catalyst) to hit early strengths, maximize abrasion resistance, and eliminate conventional wet curing. Crews gained rapid access to slabs, achieving high FF/FL and a consistent, polish-ready finish across massive placements.
The result was one of the fastest build-outs of its size: conveyor systems, racking, and electrical were installed just 26 days after the first slab pour. By stabilizing workability and controlling moisture from within, E5® helped compress the schedule while delivering a durable, low-maintenance floor.
