Makes concrete easier to pump, place, and finish. Improves flow and cohesion on long runs and congested steel—without adding water.
Densifies the paste/matrix to limit moisture pathways and surface salts—helping protect finishes and adhesives and reduce callbacks.
Sustain required strengths while reducing total cementitious content; fine-tune with quick trial mixes for your local materials.
Minimizes airborne dust versus powder CCR, improving air quality and housekeeping at the ready-mix plant.
Enables meaningful cement reduction to cut embodied carbon—supporting sustainability targets without adding steps or slowing schedules.

E5® Liquid Fly Ash is highly effective on its own or in combination with other E5 admixtures. When using multiple admixtures, it is critical to add each one individually to the concrete mix to ensure the fullest efficacy. The product has been tested by a third-party lab and qualifies for SCM replacement or reduction.
Recommended dosage is 8–20 fl oz per 100lb of cementitious material—confirm with trial mixes to tune for local materials and ambient conditions.
For best results, the product should be introduced to the concrete mixer at the ready-mix location. It is recommended that the combined materials be mixed for approximately 70 revolutions.
E5® Liquid Fly Ash is available in pails (5 gallons), drums (55 gallons), totes (275 gallons), and tankers (bulk).
It should be stored in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry location between 40°F and 130°F (4°C and 54°C). The shelf life is 18 months in its original unopened container. It must be protected from freezing, direct sunlight, and UV exposure.
This product offers a reliable way to sustain strength requirements and decrease permeability, which are critical for long-term structural integrity and performance.
E5® Liquid Fly Ash helps with project management by improving workability and making concrete more consistent, which can lead to more efficient placement and finishing.
The improved workability and finishability of the concrete mean less effort and better results on the job site.
E5® Liquid Fly Ash is the proven, practical pozzolanic admixture for reducing cement and carbon—delivering consistent, spec-ready mixes with improved workability and lower permeability.
